From 1999 to 2004 teams were of 5 players, with most teams bringing a reserve. From 2005 to 2009 teams were of 6 players, with most teams bringing a reserve. In 2010 and forward, teams are again of 5 players.

There were solos and doubles events in 2000 and 2001, but I don't know how many players were in them.
I don't know if there were solos and doubles in 1999.
